I don't know about you, but I feel a return to familiarity - a sense that we are beginning to recover from the extraordinary instability of the last few years. Things are not perfect by any means, and I wonder how many of us are asking ourselves what a return to "normal" means for the commitments to equity and anti-racism that we pledged in the days and months after the murder of George Floyd. If you need a little motivation to get back to those commitments, I invite you to take a look at an interview I gave while working at Blake in Minneapolis in 2020, shortly after the racial reckoning took place in the city's streets and in streets all over the world. If you are an individual or organization in need of help on your journey to stay committed or if you need support as you recommit to showing up as an anti-racist, equity focused leader, I'm available to partner with you. None of us can do this alone. We need each other!
